LaborWorks pays all employer burdens, including taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation (L & I) and daily wages. As part of our staffing service, we also handle W-2 forms, prevailing wage reports, wage garnishments, reference checks, background screening, drug testing, and safety training.
In addition, we encourage employers to use our workers as a temp-to-permanent solution. Employers have the option to hire any of our workers after 160 hours of work without any commissions or fees.
